A Dean and three academic advisors were looking for better ways to managing hundreds of inquiries from students, limited meeting times and a staff of part-time graduate students. This session will report on their experiences with their gutsy embrace of Google Groups' Collaborative Inbox and Google Calendar's Appointment Slots. A Google Admin will discuss the technical and organizational benefits and challenges associated with these lesser-known tools.
