Edna Robinson is a Business & Technology Applications Specialist for North Carolina Central University in Durham, North Carolina. Ms. Robinson supervise the Enterprise Development Services (EDS) team which consist of a team of four developers. The EDS team is responsible for the overall support of Ellucian’s Banner, which is the university Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and ancillaries, as well as university and governmental reporting and other systems that interface with the Banner ERP. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from University of Mount Olive. Ms. Robinson has worked in higher education for over 10 years, in her current roll she served as the lead technical liaison for the campus IT needs and she is a member of the UNC Shared Enterprise Application and Services Committee (SEASC ).
